At Silicone Baby Dolls®, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Each full silicone baby doll is carefully inspected before shipment and prepared with attention to detail.

Because our dolls are individually molded, painted, and finished, small variations in skin tone, painting, silicone texture, rooted-hair placement, outfits, or included accessories may occur. These natural handmade variations do not affect the overall quality or use of the doll.

15-Day Free Returns & Exchanges

We offer free returns and exchanges on eligible orders within 15 calendar days of delivery.

To begin a return or exchange, email us at siliconebabydollsofficial@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • A brief explanation of your request
  • Clear photos if the doll arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Free Return Shipping

Once your return or exchange request is approved, Silicone Baby Dolls® will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no extra cost.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the doll must be returned in its original condition. It must be clean, unused beyond reasonable inspection, unaltered, undamaged, and returned with its included outfit, accessories, certificates, and original packaging where reasonably available.

Items that have been altered, damaged after delivery, exposed to stains or dye transfer, or returned incomplete may not qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 15 calendar days of delivery.

Please include clear photos of the issue and your order number. Once we review your request, we will provide a prepaid return label and arrange one of the following at no additional cost:

  • A replacement, when available
  • An exchange
  • A full refund

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome by email.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your bank, credit-card provider, or payment service may require additional time to show the refund in your account.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, your refund will include the product price and any original shipping charges paid.

For other eligible returns, we provide a free prepaid return label. The refund will cover the product price paid for the returned item. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

Eligible exchanges are free of charge.

Once the returned doll has been received and inspected, we will arrange your replacement item, subject to availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose another available doll or receive a refund.

If you choose an item with a higher price, you will be responsible for the difference. If you choose an item with a lower price, we will refund the difference after the exchange is processed.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at siliconebabydollsofficial@gmail.com.

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it may be returned under this Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

Shipping Delays

We aim to ship all orders within the estimated time shown on our website. If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated delivery estimate and give you the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

Important Notes

Full silicone baby dolls should be handled gently. Minor variations in painting, hand-rooted hair placement, silicone texture, and small production details are normal characteristics of individually finished dolls and are not considered defects.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
