Thank you for shopping with Silicone Baby Dolls® at fullsiliconebabydolls.com. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders within the United States and to eligible international destinations.

Order Processing

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days after payment has been accepted.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Processing times may occasionally vary due to product availability, order volume, carrier requirements, or other operational circumstances.

Some orders may be fulfilled from different warehouse or fulfillment-partner locations depending on the doll selected and current availability.

United States Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered to addresses within the United States.

Shipping is free at checkout for eligible U.S. orders. No separate domestic shipping charge will be added.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to eligible destinations for a flat rate of US$15 per order.

International shipping availability will be shown at checkout. We may be unable to ship to certain countries, regions, remote locations, or addresses due to carrier restrictions, local regulations, or service availability.

The US$15 international shipping charge covers standard delivery only. Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country are not included unless clearly stated at checkout. These charges, where applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipment confirmation email to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking information will be included when it is made available by the shipping carrier. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a parcel has entered the carrier’s network.

Delivery Estimates and Shipping Delays

Any delivery estimate displayed on our website, product pages, checkout, or order confirmation is an estimate only and begins after the order has been dispatched.

Delivery times can be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, high-demand periods, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated at checkout or otherwise promised to you, we will contact you with an updated shipping estimate. You may choose to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped portion of your order for a full refund.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, email address, and contact details are complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address submitted at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, we will contact you regarding available options. Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be sent again.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible at siliconebabydollsofficial@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos where relevant. We will review the matter and assist in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier. If the package remains missing, contact us and we will assist with the carrier inquiry where possible.

Returns and Shipping Charges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our separate Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

For approved change-of-mind returns, any international shipping charge paid at checkout is non-refundable. For orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, return and refund arrangements will be handled in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.
